We were asked to build a boathouse at the side of a private lake. The client requested that the structure ‘hover’ over the water and through the use of cantilever deck we enabled this. We also added a pontoon so the client could swim directly from the building. We installed a kitchen and bar within the interior of the building, moreover, to enable access to the building we built bridges with bespoke lighting.
